Shipping:
We aim to ship all orders within one day of being placed. In the case that you make an order that we can not fill we will contact you immediately to notify you and find a means that will best help you. If you would like to order something that is out of stock we would be more than happy to place the order for you and notify you when it arrives. When you place an order like this we will give our best estimate of lead time.
You can choose when you checkout how you would like your order shipped. You can opt for a few different types of shipping plus if you are local you can choose factory pickup. You can generally expect your order to be waiting for you by the next business day.
Standard delivery orders are sent USPS, which means that they should arrive in 3-5 business days.
Express delivery orders are sent either UPS next day delivery, or USPS depending on the weight of the package.
Shipping costs are given at the checkout stage of payment.
Refunds:
There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund, unless waived by our Customer Support Agent.
Defective Products:
We apologize for any inconvience that this causes you. Please contact us to receive a Return Material Authorization and attach this number to your item when you send it. As soon as we receive the defective item, we will send out a new one to you. If you need the item sooner than that method allows, we will gladly cross ship. If you choose this method we will need to hold your credit card number with a pending transaction of the exchanged goods amount. If the defective item is not received by us in 10 days we reserve the right to charge your credit card in the item amount. If your item is received in this period, the transaction will never be processed and your credit card number removed from our records. All exchange shipping for defective products is at the cost of us.
Repairs:
Please contact us first before sending anything in to be repaired. We need to check that we have the proper replacement parts on hand and that we can properly handle the order.
Please do the following with anything you ship to us:
Include the RMA (Return Material Authorization) number
Your Name, Address, Email, and Phone Number
A brief description of the problem or request
Package everything safely to prevent damage in the mail

All returns are at the cost of the sender (you), unless an error has been made by flagsdirect.net or we specify verbally to you.
Refunds may take the form of a check made payable to the customer, or a direct refund back to the card with which the product was purchased.
